Fireworks Policy:
For the safety of all guests and residents, fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere within Castle Gate RV Park.
This includes but is not limited to sparklers, fountains, firecrackers, and all other personal fireworks.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the park without refund.
Cancellation Policy
A $25 processing fee will be charged for each canceled reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please provide the required notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we will refund your deposit minus the processing fee.
Required Cancellation Notice:
- Cabin reservations: Minimum of 2 weeks’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Stays of 7 nights or longer during peak season: Minimum of 1 month’s notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- RV, tent, and all other reservations: Minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made without the required notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
No refunds will be issued after arrival.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome at Castle Gate RV Park; however, proof of current vaccinations may be required.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, except within the designated dog park area, where they may be off leash.
- All pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
- We are friendly to friendly pets. Any aggressive behavior by a pet will result in immediate removal from the park for the pet, owner, or both, at management’s discretion.
- Visitors are not permitted to bring pets into the park.
- A maximum of two pets per RV site is allowed.
- Up to two pets are permitted in cabins with prior management approval.
- A $40 non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be charged per stay for cabin guests bringing pets.
Castle Gate RV Park is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or liability caused by pets or their owners.
Security Guidelines
The security and safekeeping of your personal belongings are your sole responsibility. Castle Gate RV Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, Castle Gate RV Park reserves the right to stop any behavior that interferes with the comfort, enjoyment, or safety of others. Violations of park rules may result in fines, immediate removal from the park, and/or eviction without refund.
Package Deliveries: Castle Gate RV Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages.
Guests may use the delivery box at their own risk.
Please make arrangements to retrieve packages promptly after delivery.
